Wax Packaging

Stronghold Waxes come in several different package formats,

two kinds of plastic trays containing bars of product, paper sticks,

and two kinds of bulk container.

Bars:
Small – 3-1/2 inch, 20 per tray

These small bars measure 3-1/2″ x 1/2″ x 3/8″. (8.89 x 1.27 x .95 cm) They are shipped in a carton contains that 25 thermoformed plastic trays of 20 sticks for 500 bars total. They can also be purchased by the tray. This format is convenient for working by hand with very small parts. They can also be purchased by the tray. Materials packaged this way all have numbers ending in .10.

Bars:
Large – 7 inch, 5 per tray.

The adhesive is cast in bars 7″ x 1″ x 3/4″. (17.78 x 2.54 x 1.91 cm) Five bars are packed in a thermoformed plastic tray. This format saves peeling of paper wrap. They are shipped in a carton that contains 100 bars in 20 trays. They are priced per stick, not per tray. They are the same volume as the 7 inch paper sticks and are priced identically. Materials packaged this way all have numbers ending in .61.

7 Inch Sticks:

Most materials are available in a paper tube, 7″ long by 7/8″ diameter. (17.78 x 2.22 cm)
One end of the stick can be peeled back to apply adhesive. The tube provides easy,
insulated handling. This format provides the maximum protection during transit. They are the same volume as the 7 inch bars and are priced identically. Materials packaged this way all have numbers ending in .20.


Bulk 1 Liter Pans:

Packed in cartons of 10 Pans. Materials packaged this way all have numbers ending in .54.

Our material poured into aluminum pans and capped with a cardboard lid.
This is our least expensive packaging, priced identically to the one liter tubes. All materials are available in aluminum pans. Weight/Density varies somewhat from one material to another. Materials packaged this way all have numbers ending in .41.


Bulk 1 Liter Tubes:

Packed in cartons of 10 tubes.

Our material poured into a cardboard tube and sealed with paper caps. This is our least expensive packaging, priced identically to the one liter pans. All materials are available in these tubes. Weight/Density  varies somewhat from one material to another. Charges are based on actual measured weight of the shipment. The tubes are packed ten in a carton.
